ValoTec, founded in 2005, originated from the SATIE laboratory at the École Normale Supérieure de Paris-Saclay, one of France's top research centers. It specializes in R&D and production across several fields, including active innovative devices, Class IIa, IIb, and III medical devices, implantable devices, and diagnostics. In 2019, ValoTec launched MELLIsim, a subsidiary focused on diabetes research, and in 2020, it acquired Futurs Health Products, which specializes in innovation management for medical devices. ValoTec is certified ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, and it benefits from CIR & CII tax credits for research in France.
